The ISO 9000 and 14000 contain the requirements for implementing a quality system and environment according to an international standard applicable to any company regardless of volume.

The direction of Grafic Art and its staff have decided to implement, maintain and continually improve an Integrated Management System Quality and Environment based on the quality standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

We acquired the commitments to prevention of pollution, controlling all aspects of our activities, products and services that may impact on the environment and compliance with legal and other requirements that we voluntarily subscribe. We are also committed to providing the refusals essential to the implementation and maintenance of the system, including human resources. Quality Policy and Environment is the framework for setting objectives and goals through which continuously improve customer satisfaction, service quality, environmental performance and efficiency of the management system.
